pods
I suppose there is a story for these. The bees below, collected in my kitchen, were placed in a plastic container for safe keeping. Days after collection, these pods appeared. They could only have come from the bees. They appeared to have moved leaving trails of brown goop. They were sticky. I removed the bees and waited to see if the pod's essence would be revealed.
